Client Liaison Officer

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Salary: Up to £18,183.54

Hours: 19.5hrs per week Monday-Friday

Action is looking to recruit a to recruit a fixed term (until 31.10.18) Client Liaison Officer to provide a high quality administrative support service to the Action Domestic Abuse Service and the Service Manager. This team provides support to men and women affected by or experiencing domestic abuse, and are considered to be at medium or standard risk of harm. This role is office-based and tasks include inputting referrals, responding to calls from service users and professionals, assisting with administration for the Outreach team, supporting meetings, providing data and monitoring support to the team, and other associated duties.

Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate  IDVA2

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Sheffield (Snig Hill Police Station)

Salary: Up to £23,583.42 FTE

Hours: 19.5hrs per week Monday-Friday

Action is looking to recruit a part time (19.5hrs) Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. We provide short term, focused and intense support to a varied and challenging client group who have been assessed as being at high risk of imminent harm as a result of domestic abuse. The support is primarily via phone/email but can also include one to one sessions, advocating on behalf of the client, attending multiagency meetings etc

Domestic Abuse Helpline Support Worker

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Sheffield (Snig Hill Police Station)

Salary: Up to £19,957.32 FTE

Hours: 19.5hrs per week Based on a 7 day rota

Action is looking to recruit a part time (19.5hrs) Helpline Support Worker for our Domestic Abuse Services in Sheffield. In this role you will be the first point of contact for people seeking support and advice who are experiencing domestic abuse. You will also provide an information service for professional enquiries about domestic abuse, available services and refuge provision.
